I’ve been surrounded by spiritual practices all my life, with a mother who practiced yoga, a brother who is spiritually awake, and an uncle who is an Ayurvedic Doctor. It was inevitable I would one day follow the same path.
I found Yoga 6 years ago after falling ill, determined to mend myself back to health without western medicine, I changed my mentality, diet and started practicing Yoga regularly. It changed my life in ways I can not describe… and helped me heal every aspect of my being from the inside out. It’s now my turn to share my knowledge with as many people as I can.
After completing Meditation & Hatha Yoga teacher courses with the British School of Yoga, I enrolled in 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with an Ashram in Rishikesh, India.
Working with all students abilities, my classes have a main emphasis on breathing and finding the ability to leave the outside world as it is whilst practising; using movement and breath to gain a deeper connection to your true self. Beginners to advanced practitioners, all are welcome!
