Rocket Yoga
Rocket Yoga is a style of yoga developed by Larry Schultz in San Fransisco during the 1980’s. It is a dynamic and fast-paced style of yoga that is based off of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system.

Vinyasa Flow
A flowing and dynamic yoga practice that brings the focus and attention on linking movement and breath. The result is leaving you more in tune with your body and breath.

Vinyasa elements
A flowing and dynamic class that will align your breath and body. This style will be graceful but steady to allow time to investigate the fundamental elements of the Vinyasa style of yoga.

Beach Yoga
The beach yoga practice revolves around the complete experience. Each session begins with a Hatha flow style of practice, followed by Wim Hof breathing, an optional swim in the sea and finished with breakfast!

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine through extended holds of postures.

Moving Meditation
This practice is a fusion of mindful Vinyasa / Hatha and meditation. It will be guided in a way that is engaging, whether emotionally or intelligently; the style will be playful yet disciplined – logical but fun!

Bases of Hatha Yoga
An ideal class for everyone, both those who are just starting out and those who want to deepen or review fundamental concepts of alignment and integration of movement and breathing.

Hatha Flow
This class has a main emphasis on breathing and finding the ability to leave the outside world as it is whilst practising; using movement and breath to gain a deeper connection to your true self. Beginners to advanced practitioners, all are welcome!

Pilates
Pilates is a physical and mental training program, based on strengthening the center of energy (CORE), as well as strengthening and stretching the entire body.
People who practice this discipline develop the body in a harmonious way, improving their posture and achieving a stronger and more flexible body.

Hatha Elements
Not so classical Hatha yoga practice with special attention to the search for a meditative state to achieve physical and mental balance.
