INTRODUCTION TO THE FIVE ELEMENTS AND YIN YOGA

Welcome to this opportunity to breathe, relax and connect to the ancestral wisdom of our interconnectedness to nature.
The Peaceful Vikings will share their knowledge and guide you on a journey through the five elements of Chinese medicine, using Yin Yoga and Breathwork for a practical experience of your own true power.
We are excited to be hosted by Turnilla Yoga, where we will be sharing a series of workshops focused on inner peace, relaxation, surrender and release.
Acupuncture is included for those who want to try.
No experience necessary. All bodies are welcome.

Åsa is a Chinese Medicine practitioner, Acupuncturist and energy worker with a special interest in women’s health.

Maia has been practicing Yoga for 20 years, she is an initiated Shaman of the Noaidi lineage with an academic background.
